Construction Law & Practice

Our course delivers either LLM or MSc masters qualification, with the option of stopping sooner either at a PG Certificate, or a PG Diploma.

The course is delivered solely at a distance, with no face to face contact, thereby maximising the flexibility of access.  At the same time we encourage participation, personal development and peer to peer interaction by the regular delivery of live internet teaching and tutorial sessions.

The course is accredited by the RICS, so that students graduating with a masters from the programme will have met the academic requirements for achieving membership of the Institution.

Whilst the course can be, and is, studied by students right across the globe, we do focus on the law of England and Wales, and we do not cover arbitration in detail.
