We are particularly delighted to announce the involvement in the Conference, as speakers and participants, of the American College of Construction Lawyers (ACCL). Founded in 1990, the ACCL is one of the leading legal associations in America.
On Sunday 5th October 2008, the ACCL will present a supplementary program on International Construction Law Fundamentals from a US Perspective. This program will be held in the sumptuous surroundings of the Guoman Tower Hotel on St. Katherine’s Way, next to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.
Topics to be covered at the ACCL conference will include:
- Project Delivery Systems
- Contract Negotiating and Drafting
- Securing Payment and Performance
- International Dispute Resolution
Speakers will include leading US and UK practitioners and judges, with extensive experience in international construction law and practice.
